Greens Hotel Edinburgh, Edinburgh

The hotel had spacious rooms with a dining area, but we faced water issues on our second night. The ambiance was light and airy, perfect for a family stay. Prices were reasonable given the experience, but there were some inconveniences.

The hotel is located in a quiet area not very far from Princess Street, offering a serene setting for a stay. The rooms, while adequate and clean, had some issues with neighboring walls encroaching. The service was friendly but lacked a bit of formal greeting. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and proximity to the city center. The dining options were varied and satisfying. The lack of facilities for a large coach party was noticeable.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but unfortunately, there were issues with noise coming from the neighboring area due to the extension of their facilities into shared space. During the Fringe Festival, the hotel lacked basic amenities like a shower, offering only a bath. As a young couple, we paid a very low price, and the room looked okay. However, the lack of a shower was inconvenient, and the hotel's value for money was questionable.

Our stay at Greens was fantastic! The rooms were absolutely fantastic, very large and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price we paid. The neighbor's extended wall was a bit of a downside, but overall, the room was comfortable and clean.
